Current deal status

  • No 2026 Black Friday offers are verified in this guide yet. Historical discounts and screenshots are not live offers.
  • Use this page to build a shortlist now; check the vendor's exact US checkout terms when promotions begin.
  • Compare first-year and renewal cost, minimum seats, support and cancellation rules.
  • Check controls already included in your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, device or backup subscriptions before buying.

A discount is useful only when it closes a documented gap your team can operate. This guide keeps the existing seasonal URL but does not display expired prices as available deals. Product eligibility, country, plan and renewal terms can change between an announcement and checkout. No purchase destination or stored affiliate URL proves an active commission or the buyer's eligibility.

Decide what you need before the sale

Run the free assessment or use the security checklist. Pick at most three unresolved controls, with an owner and a way to test success. Then inspect the exact editions you already own. For example, Microsoft documents Defender for Business as included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium; a second endpoint license may add cost without solving the operational gap.

Compare the contract, not the headline percentage

Before clicking a promotion, record the exact plan, US currency, billing term, minimum seats or devices, introductory months, renewal price, taxes, support tier, cancellation window and data-export path. Ask whether the promotion applies to new customers only, whether existing customers can switch, and what happens if you need more seats. Calculate year one and year two for 10, 25 and 50 staff only when the plan is actually billed per person; an endpoint or host-computer plan needs its own quantity.

Use this simple worksheet for each candidate:

FieldYour entry
Missing control and proof it is missing
Existing plan tested
Exact promoted product/edition and eligible quantity
First-year total and renewal total
Administrator, rollout work and support hours
Pilot pass/fail test and decision date

The security budget worksheet can sum actual quotes, but it does not invent market prices. Preserve a dated checkout screenshot or written quote before approval. A “free” trial is useful only if you know what changes at its end.

Where a seasonal discount may help

Identity and endpoint licenses can be reasonable purchases when the current platform fails a documented requirement and a pilot passes. Recovery spending is justified by a restore gap, not by a storage-size headline. Network hardware is a separate capital decision: an access-point discount does not by itself deliver segmentation, patching or monitoring. If finance still approves bank changes through email alone, implement the callback procedure before shopping for another filter.

Do not buy a one-year subscription to solve a one-week project if your support team cannot deploy it. Conversely, do not delay an urgent, known exposure until November for a speculative deal.

Offer verification policy

This page has no verified live 2026 Black Friday deal as of September 24. Any future offer should show a direct vendor source, checked date, exact edition, eligibility, checkout destination and renewal conditions before being called a deal.
